I know WinXP comes with cd burning out of the box. My question is how do I make a boot CD with windows XP without using 3rd party tools?

I have some new BIOS files I want to flash (1 for mobo, 1 for video card) and they require to be booted into DOS..but I don't have a floppy drive so I need to make a boot cd with the flash bios's on it.

Pretty sure the CD writer program that comes with WinXp won't make bootable CDs. For that, you need an actual CD writing program.
