Boot Camp Not Included ?

I bought my MacBook on 26 December, and it arrived at my house on 3 January.

Yesterday I went to use Boot Camp... But it wasn't included on my MacBook. Boot Camp Assistant is not located in Utilities under Applications like it is supposed to. In fact, according to Finder, it is not there at all.

What should I do to get it back ?
