Boot Camp issues: any help appreciated

As I mention in another thread, I'm a PC user who got a Mac Pro and MacBook Pro for work but have to use Windows (lack of software support for Mac). While I can navigate in XP fine, as well as work with simple stuff on Mac fine, I have some IT related issues that I am not able to answer myself (sad, because I used to do tech support for university 12 years ago).

1) I'm trying to use Acronis True Image for WD hard drive to clone or backup my XP/BootCamp image, but it said my drive is not recognized. Are there any ways around it? My goal is to move this partition to another hard drive I bought, BootCamp is way too slow for me, as well as the hard drive that comes with the Mac Pro is not fast enough (building code that has a size of 8GB and takes 3 hours, and spend most of its time navigating source code).

2) I want to know if there is a better way of finding which printer is which IP address if I install these printer from Bonjour. This got to be the worst kind of printer setup software for a work place (although it is excellent for home).

3) What is the best way to clone the entire Disk (both the Mac and BootCamp partition) and resize these partitions? Free apps please if possible.

4) I heard about key remapping software for boot camp that you can remap alt/windows, function keys, clear, fn, etc. Where is this software (or where is the configuration? I couldn't find it in boot camp).

Thanks in advance.

1: I tired once in the past to use Acronis to clone my Windows partition, but could never get it working correctly. You can try WinClone on OS X, but you will need working NTFS drivers (Paragon NTFS or NTFS-3G)

2: No clue

3: For cloning OS X, I recommend either Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper. For just cloning purposes, both are free. SuperDuper can also be used for incremental bootable backups, but that costs money.

4: There is a program I have used in Vista and 7 for key remapping, I cannot recall what it is called now, but I believe it is on MajorGeeks.com

I am not sure why you are having performance problems in Windows, I have never noticed anything other than native performance.

What are the specs on your MacBook Pro and Mac Pro?
What version of Windows are you using?
What version of BootCamp are you using?
What version of OS X are you using?
Are you running any AV software in Windows that could be causing the performance problems?
Do you have the option to put an SSD in either system? I have heard that SSDs love compilations.

Thanks, I'll try Carbon Copy Cloner and SuperDuper. It is an XP system (tool chain won't support Vista or 7), are there any XP key mapper for Mac keyboard that you heard of?

The spec of the MacPro is Dual Xeon Quad Core each (E5520 @2.27GHz, with 2GB of RAM (only 1.86GB shows up in System Properties).

Hard drive is 640GB WD Cavier 7200rpm with 1/2 set for OSX and 1/2 set for BootCamp.

BootCamp version is 3.1

AV is Symantec 10.1.6.6000 (commercial one from IT dept)

I don't have any budget in replacing any of the parts, other than maybe take a SATA HD out from a dead box and move my XP/BootCamp to it, or split the work load and page file into 2 drives.

For the MacBookPro, it is a Core 2 Duo 2.66Ghz with 4GB of RAM and Toshiba 320GB 5400rpm drive. Same software as above.
