Boot/autorun WinXP installer USB pendrive

I do alot of installing for a computerstore and my own personel business, CD's are becoming very slow now, How can I get a bootable\autorun image of the WinXP cd on a usb pendrive?
Cant seem to get Nero and some other burn programs to see the Pendrive as a cd\dvd.
The install and run times would be cutt considerably.
