It was just launched today.

-unlimited iDEN(yes, I know... but still) - CDMA dual mode on a few phones, but they are OOS atm from what I'm told.

-unlimited texting

-unlimited web(though slow on iden)

- unlimited walkie-talkie(but who uses that?? 😛)

- no roaming fees

-unlmited long distance

Boost is a sprint/nextel mvno. I do believe it would be considered a "real" provider. They have nationwide coverage.
 
This is a great deal if you can get the service in your area.
Nice way to be able to set a budget.
Also by doing these your avoiding having to pay all those stupid fees that crank up a regular bill.
 
Kind of sours the idea of unlimited web when the only phones they have are bar or flip phones that would be awful to do any sort of browsing on anyways 🙁
