Boombox for MP3?

I want a small boombox to play mp3 files, and real media too if possible.

Is there any such animal (apart from docking ipod to set of speakers) ?
 
The Slimdevices division of Logitech makes a Squeezebox Boom. This is basically a quality boombox with a Squeezebox built in. I have a regular Squeezebox and it's great for streaming music wirelessly from a computer to your stereo.

However the Squeezebox Boom is pretty pricey ($300) and not really portable. Probably best for something like a bedroom system.

Looks like a good product. However I'm really looking for portability away from home, and real media capability (but so far google doesn't yield much).
