Note: Im not normally this outspoken, and i dont normally get annoyed at things as "trivial" as this.

Why the hell is it that i pay £27.99 a month with my ADSL ISP (Tiscali UK), for a email account that barely works, bounces emails back to AT for no reason at all, and yet doesnt help with fixing the matter.
AT on the other hand, is a free service, that allways works, and has helped to no end in helping me solve the matter!
Everytime i phone the Tiscali Tech support i either get some n00b woman, or some asian bloke (im not discriminating), that i barely understand, who just repeats what he sees on his screen and doesnt listen to you!.
And when i use the email techsupport address, i get an automated responce back with some solutions that bare no resembalance to what my problem/querie is about.
I have since given up with the problem, and have made a Lycos mail account, with all of my forum stuff going to that, and im still able to access it through outlook.

On the upside, Tiscali`s ADSL line is amazing. Allways runs at full speed, its never gone down, never had any problems with it, and i get free, full screen SeriaA(Italian Footy, Forza Milano!) Matchs from the Tiscali Broadband Sport website.
Anyway, now thats out my system....
