Bookstores that allow refunds

Does anyone know a bookstore that'll allow refunds instead of giving store credit? I think Barnes and Noble and Borders both give store credit only. I'm planning on buying a book for class but I may or may not need to return it after a week. I don't plan on buying my book from the campus bookstore.

That only works if you buy the book at dirt cheap prices from other people or online, and not resell at the school.

I've resold used books at my school before and have usually gotten back ~25%.
