That's a shame OP, I would have definitely sold you my B&W speakers on the cheap. Even refurbished one of them just to sell, only to find out that the tweeter wasn't broken, it just had disconnected. So have a spare tweeter too now which cost way too much.

I'd use them if that's an option although since you have time, you might as well listen to all your options. If I was in your position, I'd go with the Klipsch.

Good Sensitivity so you can use a weaker receiver to power them.
I like the tweeters personally, I like brighter tweeters because I can still tone them down. Trying to make tweeters that sound dull brighter will usually end up blowing them eventually, especially if you don't have a great receiver.

As for marketplace discount? 100% no. Not even a question.

I guess that one was added later by the OP.

Have at it there I guess.

Yea my bad, I should've said so in the beginning :) I'll definitely post another thread if I'm not 100% happy with BB's options.

Yea those are definitely still an option. I'm creating a nice music selection to bring to BB and test it out on everything. They enjoy using the same song for everything or Pacific Rim :)

The only other speakers besides the Klipsch, Energy, and Bowers and Wilkins that I noticed are the MartinLogan Motion 35XT's.

I have confidence that I'll be happy with one of these. If not, I'll just get the receiver and accessories there :)

Another question, is it better to have bookshelf speakers on stands vs wall mounts or does it matter?

it matters if they're rear ported, I don't know if there's a generic golden rule but this has been beaten to death on the internet so if you search for this information in relation to the models you want to buy you should find something.
It depends on the speaker model, on how distant you put it from the wall, at an angle, etc.

What I read around is: the closer it is to the wall, the boomier the bass. This might not be what you're looking for.

Room dimensions and configuration drive that decision.

It difinitely matters, but differ from each model. So no general rule apply.
