Bookmark Management

Wondering if anyone has a solution to a bookmark problem I just discovered.

I starting adding a couple of my more frequent bookmarks to the mobile folder on my phone, and when I got home I found that the sites I added where removed from the places I had them before.

When I added them back, they then disappeared from the mobile folder.

How to I stop this do loop?

If only there's a way of us knowing what browser you're using...

Chrome (and Firefox for the brief time that i used it) works fine when it comes to bookmark management. Syncs completely on my mobile, tablet and PC. I can make changes on whichever device and it'll update the other 2.
