Bookmark Icons in Safari

Not even the OS X version of Firefox shows the favicons in bookmark toolbar. It was something I didn't like when I first switched, but now I think it's more elegant. My bookmark toolbar looks so cluttered in Windows now.

Ditto. That was hard to get used to when I switched, but I actually don't care to have the icons now. 🙂 Go figure, right?

Yeah that's exactly what I mean. I was able to install a plugin to Firefox to get it to work buy Safari seems to be so much speedier I would prefer to use that.

For me I having just the icon and no text on my bookmarks tool bar. Like this:

I am just so used to browsing that way I guess.

Yea, I was too. It took me quite a while to get used to it. The only reason why I switched was because of the speed. Firefox3 is MUCH better, however, so I am transitioning back to using that as my main browser. I don't like that it doesn't sync my bookmarks to my iPodTouch, but I grabbed BookDog to take care of that.
