so im planning on going on a cruise with some friends in a few weeks, i found a 4 day cruise to ensenada mexico for around 290$ a person, this is from looking at Carnival.com. is there a better place to look for deals on cruises? anyone know if thats a good deal?
 
I'd place a quick call to a local travel agent. Let them know the one you found and are interested in and see if they can get you a better deal. Most of the time you won't get a better price but you will get things like free upgrades or free credits to use on the ship or things like that.
 
your local travel agent usually has a lot of specials available on cruises. the majority of the time travel agents make money of the cruise companies not you so it usually free for cutomer usage.
