I work for an insurance company and I've used my Access skills to earn myself a nice reputation. The downside is that I've earned myself a reputation and everyone comes to me for solutions that would normally have to be prioritized through formal IT channels.
I've mastered all the basic table, query, form, and reporting functions and utilize basic macros with ease but I'm to the point now where I need VBA to handle the ever increasingly difficult tasks I'm being asked to complete.
Can someone recommend a good book or resource for me to improve my VBA skills?
My experience so far has been limited to stealing code from the internet and "porting it" to my needs.
