Okay my monitor just bonked out. I was just sittin there, and all of a sudden, *ZAP!*, *SNAP!*, *CRACKLE*, *POP!*; it just goes black, with intermittent flashes and sparks.
1) Can someone tell me what happened? Is this usually what happens to a monitor? And there is no way this thing can be fixed?
2) Can someone reccommend then, a good monitor for about $200-$250, or a reputable retailer?
BTW, it was a KOMODO 17" monitor, about 3-4 years old.
