Ideas?

So far what I think ill be doing is pan searing with some salt and pepper like I do with steak.

Any other ideas?

Edit: I keep Kosher so no dairy can be involved!

I just put it in a ban with olive oil and throw a bit of seasoning salt and garlic powder on both sides. Add some lemon juice if I'm feeling daring. :)

Saute some onions up, throw in the breasts, cook them till almost done, add some pineapple chunks with some of the juice and some Dijon mustard. The dijon and juice will make a nice little sauce. It goes good over rice.

I have two rosemary bushes growing in my back yard that I like to use on chicken, whole or parts. Rub a little butter on it, chop up some fresh rosemary and fresh chopped garlic and rub it into the meat along with some salt and pepper. Mmm, good!

Marinate in a ziploc bag with some vinegar, olive oil, garlic, pepper, onion powder, BBQ sauce, cayenne pepper, and some beer.

Cook on the grill or in the oven. Comes out tender and delicious.
