Bone Spurs, Jaw type

On the lower jaw = headaches and mouth pain while eating.
Apparently I'm leaching calcium and they're little spikes where bone mass used to be.
Anyway, they freaking hurt whent they get irritated. Dentist said I may have to have them filed down.
Sounds great... no really, the sound of filing transmitted via the bone will be awesome. I hate it already.

Mosh, any thoughts?

No thanks. Yeesh!

One of those things I just don't understand in the least, and would love to know how to prevent simply in order to avoid unnecessary pain.
