Thank goodness it's a hoax.

I mean, he's been down on his luck recently. It's tough seeing him like that. So tough.

Stories like these make you really want to hold on to what we've got.

I guess though, in the grand scheme of things, does it really make a difference if we make it or not?

He has been upgraded to alive.

Our first clue that this story might not have been true? The Bamboozle Festival.

If it had been true, it would have been a near mortal blow for fans of fashion-forward media giants everywhere. First, Kim Il Jong, then Bon Jovi. That would have completed a tragic trend begun years and years ago with the death of Tiny Tim.

Bon Jovi fans here will be angry at my including him with the other two, but face facts . . . more people watched Tiny Tim's wedding live (21.4 million!) and Kim had a bigger nuclear arsenal. :colbert:

I know this thread is about a Jersey BJ, but the recent news of Dear Leader's demise still has me feeling like this guy:

RIP, Jon Bon Il, which I'm sure he does every night knowing at least every MILF in America would screw him.

A false internet report claiming that rock star Jon Bon Jovi died appears to have been copied from a 2009 Los Angeles Times story that announced the death of Michael Jackson.

A website called "dailynewbloginternational" posted the story claiming that Bon Jovi was dead on Monday.

The story had changed some words and details, falsely reporting that Bon Jovi died in New Jersey during a world tour. But some of the sentences appeared to have been copied from the Times story on Jackson's death that ran on L.A. Now after he was stricken at his Holmby Hills mansion.

The Times said it was looking into the issue but emphasized that the newspaper was not involved in the false report.

After his movie flop "News Year Eve", they probably figured he'd take his own life.
After all... most of the movie audience felt like hanging themselves too.
Thank God for movie theater EXIT signs...

Reports are coming in that he was shot through the heart.

Early responders were told "and you're too late"
