Bold FS/FT and Hot Deal's forums rules

I noticed that there have been more newbies coming to Hot Deals and FS/FT. I thought maybe bolding the rules thread titles may encourage people to read before posting. Just a thought.
 
A better way would be to ensure that they at least click on the relevant threads before they are allowed to post with a given forum.

The info may not stick, but at least they will have to be aware of the items.

true. i just thought that bold would be a somewhat unobtrustive way to get people's attention. it's pretty easy to skip the rules and just start browsing down.
 
Well they are already locked to the top... many people wont read them or obey untill they get their fanny flamed a couple times.
