Over v5.8.11, v5.8.15 is mainly aimed on install-problems when upgrading, no idea if improved or not since didn't have any problems upgrading the earlier v5.8.xx-versions...
General bug-fixes:
core client: don't print misleading error messages when peference site access succeeds on initial startup.
core client: fix bug where if a task is aborted (e.g. because it exceeds CPU limit) it's restarted on the next enforce_schedule().
core client: don't print "finish file not found" message when app quits because of preemption
There's also a couple mac/linux-bug-fixes.
As for Vista, RC1 didn't even manage to finish installation, and RC2 crashed more or less continuously. No idea on release-build...
