Boeing calls for communications standards

I'm all for a communications standard, but NOT with Boeing as the lead contractor.
There are other companies that can do a better job at better prices, I've seen some
of their financial boondogles that they create for themselves at the cost of otheres.
They should not have been allowed to take over McDonnel-Douglas Aerospace, as
all they did was wipe out the Douglas Commercial Aviation enterprise for the betterment
of thier own product line, while useing the McDonnel Military Programs as a cash cow to
finance their failed private price war against AirBus, so they would not have to improve
on their outdated comercial 7X7 product lines.
