I had lost some kilos a few years ago, i want a strong physique now. I ve started doing pushups but will start doing negative pullups soon. Thing is i want to bulk as i look very weak in a t shirt but when i leave my skin loose i.e without stretching it. It looks very out of shape but when i pull the skin up it looks like a average guy and i get confidence to bulk

Should I get sugery to remove this skin or fat. I just cant seem to be on a deficit anymore lol.

Oh and i may move to canada next year but dont know how to cook. Are there any healthy cheap restaurants where i can hit my macro nutrient goals?

I wouldn't worry about getting surgery, at least not yet. It seems like what you want to focus on is increasing your muscle mass and bulking up. For that, you should really look into weight lifting or something that will give you a stronger workout than just push ups. You will want to monitor your diet and protein intake as well, so it might be a good idea to start learning how to cook some basic meals. Spend some time between now and next year when you move to Canada and learn how to make some meals with chicken. It'll help you start out.

Your skin will shrink on it's own over time. Check out ObeasetoBeast on youtube for some inspiration, he lifts and does crossfit and has loose skin.. You're not going to really add bulk around your waist or midsection from weight lifting. It sounds like you are looking for aesthetics more than strength so look for some body builder starting programs. Heavy weights, low reps, but high volume, alternated with lighter weights with high reps, all to hit the volume. You can watch guys like Jeff Nippard on youtube who breaks down the science behind things, including training volume:
