Anyone here do the Body for Life challenge? My dad was thinking about doing it.
I told him to avoid the supplements and just change diet and increase exercise, but he needs a program to keep him motivated and on task.

Has the program (they have special dieting directions) worked for anyone else who was not used the supplemental program as well?

Thanx

I have had friends who had very good results from this program. Frankly it sounds a bit burdensome, but I think it is generally effective.

started out out at 148lbs @ 12.5% body fat.
after 3 months 163lbs @ 9% body fat. worked for me. :)

Seriously though, looks like a decent program. And I like EAS products although they are fairly expensive. I'm drinking a Myoplex Deluxe now as a matter of fact, this thread inspired me :) Tastes like chocolate pancake batter, mmmmmmm ;)

thanx for the replies (pancake batter haha)

But for those that were into the program, how heavily were they supplementing in addition to the diet and exercise program?
