Yup. Get below 4% or so and your immune system starts having problems, among other things.Originally posted by: Colt45

yeah, same here. Although it's more than 0.1%, i think you need 3-4% to function properly, IIRC.
I was just about to ask the same question.Originally posted by: Stefan

Anyway 3 months? Damn you can do it faster than that. If you're 200 pounds now that's only 3 pounds over that period! I'm probably where you are now. I've lost a couple percent lately and I want to get down to around 8.5% which I was several years ago. It was a good percentage.

Well i do not know how i am only 105 to 108 pounds at 18 because i am not very active. I guess thats just the way i work. Its hard for me to gain weight for sure. I really never liked food. I mean yeah i want to eat sometimes but i can never eat a whole lot.
Am i the smallest and lightest 18 year old here? I have a feeling i am. You could easily past me for 16 maybe even younger. I not sure if thats a good thing or bad thing when i get older. I think its a good thing.
At your local health club, university gym or even your local hospital clinic are places to get the test done. They will likely do the skinfold caliper test, which is quite accurate provided the person adminstering knows what they're doing.Originally posted by: Stefan
