Body Count is awesome. Rapper with a great heavy metal sound. Ice T

Also, Ice T had some rap albums in the 80's before he started his metal band Body Count a few years later. If you like NWA, I am sure you will like Ice T's rap music and his heavy metal music.

My old roomate used to love that crap. It was funny watching him rock out to it. He was a rather large Frenchman with a very pronounced accent and a joint in his mouth at all times.

Body Count kicks a$$!

We got to see them in San Diego when they opened up for Metallica and Guns N Roses.
As far as the show went, Metallica > Body Count > GNR.

None of you remember the big "Cop Killer" controversy years back? I've never listened to them either but that's the only reason they gained any noteriety.

Yea I used to listen to it awhiiiile back.

Oh man I remember my brother got the Body Count with Cop Killer on it before it got pulled from the shelves. I must have been like 10 when MTV News (I think, that Kurt Loader guy?) announced it was getting pulled from the shelves.

I used to hide that tape like it was drugs, that and Onyx.

The Body Count anthem was my favourite. I also remember the one about the white girls father being in the KKK?

[edit]

But yea, I used to listen to them. My grown up self, at all of 10 years old, or so I thought at the time, Onyx and Body Count.

Definately NOT good music let your children have.

The San Diego show was the one where Ice-T was ordered not to play Cop Killer. He had some official note from the cops, wiped his a$$ with it, threw it out in to the audience, and then proceeded to play Cop Killer. The crowd went nuts!

BTW, two big thumbs up to the hour of T&A between Metallica and GNR!!!
