i'd say a LARGE number of users here on anandtech live in california, so ordering from the sports authority would save us a lot on tax.

there's a $10 off coupon around, the 20% off is only for baseball stuff. so i guess if you used that, it'd be $80 shipped + no tax.

as for the buy.com one, it's $85 + tax if you live in california. you probably don't, but i do. not that i'm gonna buy one.

I bought this last november, I"m 6'ft, and there is NO ROOM on the bench !!!!!!! Its very hard to get under the bench plus the two support isn't high enough for you to sit on the bench and lie down, goto the store and take a look, this is for like a teenage between 14-18 or for someone thats like up to 5'6

You can get a better bench with all of the same stuff for $49.00 at Kmart. I saw one the other day when I was getting some bowling shoes. I can't find it online though :frown:

Check out some of the Weider benches as well. Very solid and quite reasonable... I picked up one from Big 5 Sporting Goods for around $65 a few months back.
