Say what you will about Dole and Bush, but at least they both had the guts to serve their country. Unlike most of the liberals and our wonderful last sexual predator errr president

Course you could look at it another way....

"Israel is like a runaway freight train loaded with explosives, pulling the USA as it's only freight car, barreling toward a broken section of track over hell. We can break loose from the engine now, or deal with the resulting crash into hell after it happens".

Can't remember who said that.

I could give two-sh1ts about what these country boys did for the US a half-century ago. I'm alive now, and I'm rather displeased with a huge budget deficit, unconstitutional legislation, and going to war with a country without the support of our own people (or our own Congress......and about half of the civilized world as well).

"War doesn't determine who is right, only who is left" Well frankly, I would like to be one of those left.

Did you serve in Vietnam, Bierut, Grenada, Panama, Somalia, Desert Storm, The Balkans or Afghanistan?

You should give "two-shits" they help give you the way of life you are living right now.

Our resident morons, and liberal, bleeding heart peaceniks bitch and moan that Bush knew of the impending 9-11 attacks and did nothing:I'd love to know what should have been done, first of all. Keeping in mind that these same screwballs are bitching about airport security being ridiculously strict, and our "rights" being eroded even after 9-11.

Secondly, now that he's taking a proactive, offensive course, this doesn't suit them either! Make up your fvcking minds or STFU! :|

I'm not saying that the White House knew that Sept. 11th would happen. I'm just appalled by the audacity of certain people in the administration who want us to believe that such an attack was just inconceivable.

"The CIA knew years ago that a high-level al-Qaeda operative said that they (al-Qaeda) wanted to crash a commerical plane into the CIA headquarters." Vespasian, Monday, May 20, 2002

Now pray tell, what does our CIA know about Iraq?

You should give "two-shits" they help give you the way of life you are living right now.

Yes, like Bush is doing what no other person on earth is capable of. I don't owe my way of life or the freedom I have to Bush; it existed long before him, and will exist long after he's gone. A President is only as good as the decisions he makes in office; the wars he served in, or the freedom I have right now are not things to gauge a Presidency by.

September 11th would have occurred no matter who was in office. The aftermath of it could have been handeled in a number of ways, and I'm not saying Bush did a bad job. What is wrong is the way Bush is meandering from the war on terrorism to something like the dissolution of Saddam's regime.

Iraq is in no way a perfect country right now. They need some definite restructuring, but not the 6-month "kill Saddam and replace him with a democratic govt." operation. The people of Iraq, as much as they suffer each day, will not support any US military action in their country. They already went through a war with Bush Sr. and learned their lesson; any further involvement by the US needs to be diplomatic and nothing more.

AND PUH-LEEZE, how many idiots around here are still chewing on that bullsh1t from Bush and Cheney about "Iraq nearing their nuclear goal" and "Iraq plans to conquer the Middle East". You have to be the most gullable sumb1tches around. This was never about nukes. Saddam may be ruthless, but he's not an idiot. He knows that any action against the oil fields surrounding his country will create unanimous agreement among western nations to annihilate his regime. He knows that his army will never have the strength to put up a decent fight with western forces. Basically, he knows that he has to stay put; otherwise he'll be signing a suicide note.

If Bush goes ahead with military action in Iraq, expect nothing short of complete opposition from Arab nations, with the fireworks to boot. You think our occupation of holy lands in Saudi Arabia, or our involvement with Israel pissed them off before, we will have a hell of a time controlling terrorism after this.

Probably the same ones that realize the Iraq is "No way a perfect country" Einstien. Do you proof read your posts before submitting them or do you just post away without a care in the world? I'm betting on the latter..
