boards with onboard RAID and 133 (233 FSB)

I was set on purchasing a KT7-RAID board until I read about new boards coming out that not only supported ATA-100 but also supported the 266 FSB... Whoever wrote the article (I think it was Anand) mentioned that if you are buying a new board you should buy one of these but I can't find any being sold... After all that I've read in the forums I was excited by info on MSI's site for their K7T Turbo which has onboard RAID as well.... is this board out yet? are any of these boards out yet?

Several manufacturers have anounced boards, so they should be available in anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Can you wait that long?
