Board with both AGP and PCIe x16

This ECS board (also sold in outpost combos) has one PCIe x16 slot and an AGP slot:

I wonder whether you can use them at the same time?

I just read the whole manual and it doesn't answer that question.

I think on those boards the AGP slot is actually on the PCI bus but I might be wrong.

Yes, the AGP port is dangling off the PCI bus, so it's severely crippled.

However, VIA supposedly has a P4 chipset that can do both (uncrippled?).

Yeah i was reading about VIA's agp and pci-e mobo and by the way it sounds, the agp will be real agp, and not 2 pci slots chopped into agp.
