I'm looking for a motherboard that will run an opteron 175 (socket 939), no overclocking.
ATX and i do not need SLI or crossfire.

As long as it is solid stable it should be fine.

it's probably as much going to come down to what you can actually get ...
Newegg.com have abit KN8 Ultra for $75 & that will run it.
 
yes that is exactly the board i found at another vendor...since i thought newegg was back ordered on it.
It seems like that is pretty much the fate...'what one can get'
