BOARD OR BIOS??? PLEASE HELP

Situation:
Turn on -> blank screen * drives and fans are working, but nothing on the screen!
tested vga in another system -> works fine
tested system without vga -> no beep codes
tested system without memory -> beep codes
tested memory in another system -> works fine
tested cpu -> works fine in another system
i didn´t perform a bios update! this problem occurs after a normal reboot!

what do you think? bios or board defect?
I think it´s the baord cause i never heared from a damaged bios without a failed update! do you?
