All are convertibles. The Jag F-type is the base 340hp model. I realize these are odd vehicles to compare, but they're all that are available for immediate purchase. The M235i is by far the cheapest, but I'm going to be doing a 3 year lease no matter what, so the monthly payment variation is really negligible to me.

The only one I've driven is the Boxster. Should be getting one of them in about 2 weeks. I love everything about the Boxster (currently driving a Macan) except for the steering wheel. It's not optioned with the multifunction steering wheel, and I don't know how you work Porsche's whizz-bang right LCD screen MFD (Multi-function display) without the steering wheel controls.

You could always try reading the manual. ;)

I love that Boxster S with classic silver paint and crimson interior. Imagine rolling down PCH with the top down to Malibu and hitch onto Mulholland drive....

The F type is gorgeous. The other two are great but park all three together and I know which one I'm going to stare at.

That's my logic at the moment as well. There's a white F-type base model convertible sitting at the dealer that is calling to me. There's also the S type (still with the v6) but it doesn't seem to be worth the extra $12,000.

Is there even a choice between those three? Did you consider a 911s cab?

You're talking about a $50,000 jump between these cars and a Carrera S. I'm actually pretty hesitant to lease a Porsche since their lease terms are pretty terrible. Porsche isn't really in the business of leasing cars.
