Does ANYONE know what business this application has, accessing the Internet? It's installed automatically when the software for the Visioneer 8100 scanner is loaded, and it seems to be continually trying to access the Internet-

A search on google shows many inquiries about this same thing, but no one really knows, except some speculating about it being suspicious.

I can't really come up with any reason why a scanner should need to access the Internet all the time either. It comes up on Zonealarm, and I didn't see any reason to allow it access, so I just blocked it for now, until I can find out what it's doing.
