The pin configuration on the Celeron 600 FCPGA is different to the standard PPGA socket. The easiest thing to do is to buy the Powerleap converter so that your processor will work with the BM6. With the converter, you're supposed to be able to run up to like an 800 MHZ PIII.
I've had the same exact problem, and that is what I did to fix it.
The BM6 only supports a the cb0 stepping code of the Celeron II series. If you have a Celeron 600 cb0, consider yourself lucky. Otherwise you'll need a converter or some manual hard-wiring.
