BLZ Viewer Needed

I need an application that is able to open and view BLZ files. If anyone knows of any, then let me know. It is a file generated when you run IBM's Drive Fitness Test (DFT). I want to be able to see the report the DFT creates. I have tried using Notepad but it's all binary. TIA.
