Blurry web pages in win ME

I have just installed win Me on hard drive and all we pages with smaller print is blurry to the point that you almost can't read it.I installed net boui and still to no avail. It is only on smaller print I tryed to change to 800x600 still the same .checked refresh rate set back to opimal still the same.Had this once before only fixed it with a clean install (tryinmg to avoid this now)any help would be apretiated.Thanks

What video card and have you installed the latest drivers?

Ihave a ati 2000 pro and yes they are the latest drivers from ati

Well, first, check or uncheck "smooth edges of screen fonts" - I think it's under Appearance=>Effects in Display Properties, but I'm not sure under Windows ME. That may solve the problem. You could also go to View=>Text Size in IE and increase your Font Size.

Also, you may want to change refresh rates - some monitors display some refresh rates well, and others poorly. Hope one of these helps.
