not using native cause everything is to small for me then have bad vision as is

i am using vga i believe it already autoadjusted

and yes i am using intel graphics will be installing a basic discrete graphics card tomorrow see if it helps

It won't help much. The biggest issue is from running an LCD panel outside of the native resolution. That will be blurry. LCD panels don't have very good image scaling built in. Some are better than others, but none is especially great. postmortemIA's three points were in the right order, unfortunately.

you should still use native resolution. you could instead use a bigger font.
everything will look better that way.

turn off hardware acceleration in firefox, or stop using IE/Firefox and use Chrome.
They messed with the fonts bigtime. Very annoying.
