Blurry Monitor

I have a sylvania F74 Monitor and a GeForce 2 MX 400 Vid Card. I have updated the video drivers and used the monitor drivers but the Monitor is still blurry. Any suggestions on what could be causing this and a solution?

You can try using a different refreash rate

or maybe a different number of colors ?
all in the display->settings tab.
