Blurry Monitor - can I fix it

Okay.. just pulled an old 15" Magnavox monitor out from my basement and set up a dual monitor configuration.. however I have one problem, this thing is BLURRY as a mother. I've heard that you can pop the case on some monitors and adjust some settings.. would this help? Anybody have any other ideas? I know the monitor wasn't ALWAYS this blurry... and it'd be great if I could actually keep my rig set up like this.

Doubt it..... any monitor gradually gets blurrier with age, if its really old, there's nothing you can do.....

I would recommend against opening the monitor up, as there is a sh1tload of electricity in there, and while that makes pretty pictures on your screen, it makes bad pictures out of you ....
