Blurry lines in full screen mode

I have a GeForce 6800 OC and am having a problem. When i watch video files or DVDs in full screen, the image gets a bit blurry with lines and it looks almost as if it is projecting a double vision image. I am running on a dell 17" ultrasharp at 1280x1024. I just installed and put together my computer and got the latest drivers off of Nvidia. I've tried lowering the resolution on my monitor to no avail. I've tried WMP10 and Nvidia DVD 2.0 also with the same problem.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

If you're referring to the issue I think you are (I had the same problem), it's your drivers. The latest drivers available on Nvidia's website are actually several months old at this point, so you should install one of the beta driver sets (in which the problem you described has been fixed).
