If you click on the picture at that url, the enlarged picture is of a non-"C" adapter.
The egg had this deal a month ago where it was FAR.
I got in on it.
However they sent me the non-C version.
The text on the egg's page mentioned ZUB6110C.
The rebate form mentioned ZUB6110C.
The pics on the egg's page were of the ZUB6110 with out the "C".
My reciept had a "C".
The box and dongle did not have a "C".
Without a "C" version UPC, I couldn't get the rebate and had to return the item to the egg.
I searched newegg.com and found another page that had "C" pics to match the "C" text but no mention of a rebate.
I could have reordered the correct item to get the correct UPC and use my previous receipt (item had to be purchased within a specific time frame).
I was allowed 45-days to post my rebate.
However I didn't want to do anything that wasn't strictly on the up and up.
Newegg botched sending me an RMA #.
So, there wasn't enough time for me to get the item replaced with the correct item and post the rebate before the 45-days were up.
I hear many good things about Newegg and they were nice enough to deal with via email.
I bought two items in this order and they botched only one.
They did misread my first email inwhich I told them they sent me the wrong item.
They responded by telling me to contact the manufacturer for rebate assistance.
After I emailed them a second time to inform them that they misread my first email and sent me the wrong item that was inelligable for the rebate, they told me to see if the manufacturer would accept it anyway.
REALLY! That's not very up an up and there's a risk for me. Would the egg accept my return if I had removed the UPC to send the rebate to the manufacturer and been refused??? I don't think so.
Newegg told me they'd credit my cc when they receive the return.
They'll also credit my cc up to $7 for shipping.
I don't know how they'll know what I spent for shipping.
The company I work at has people rip open RMA packages and dispose of the packaging.
First class would show the amount on the stamp the P.O. generates.
However, signature request and insurance fees wouldn't be listed.
FedX and UPS wouldn't list any shipping/insurance fees either.
I've returned the item to newegg.
I'm not complaining here.
I'm just telling you my experience on this similar deal.
Please be sure to get the correct "C" version that qualifies for this deal.
Good luck!
