Bluetooth transmitter for sound from TV?

I have an iPod Touch and am looking for a bluetooth headset. I thought it would also be nice to be able to use the BT headset for listening to my TV. I know there are bluetooth "dongles" and the like, but the ones I see are always battery operated/rechargeable.

Does a bluetooth "transmitter" exist that runs on AC power?
