Bluetooth speakers stopped pairing

I have a Soundome Bluetooth Wireless Audio Recliner (it's basically just a recliner with speakers in it. This is it here.)

I got a Motorola DC800 Bluetooth Adapter to work with it, and set it up with my TV so that the TV sound plays out of the speakers in the recliner. It all worked just fine for about a year, but then it just stopped.

The speakers in the recliner still power on, the buttons on the controller light up, but no sound comes out of the speakers. I tried unplugging and re-plugging everything, and I tried getting it to pair with the Bluetooth adapter again, but no luck.

I recently got an Android phone with Bluetooth capabilities, and I tried using it connect with the speakers. When I scan for Bluetooth devices on the phone, it finds the Motorola DC800, but not the Bluetooth speakers in the recliner.

Is there a possibility that the Bluetooth speakers can be reset in some way? I know this is possible with some other brands of Bluetooth devices, but unfortunately Soundome appears to be out of business, and there's no information about these speakers online that I can find.

Thanks in reading this, and thanks in advance for helping me with this!
