bluetooth software for windows 7??

Apparently the built in bluetooth drivers don't allow object push? Anyone know of any good third party software for this?

If your bluetooth chipset is made by broadcom you can update your drivers here, and you can check if it is using device manager. Object push from external wireless device to your desktop should work after that.

Good thinking...I tried that already. Its not Broadcom based apparently.

I honestly don't remember where I got the thing.

There is a more "basic" way to do this if you must.

1. Right-click Bluetooth icon > Open Settings > COM Ports tab > Add > Create an Incoming Port > OK.
2. Go into your Bluetooth device's settings and make sure object push and file transfer is checked.
3. Right-click your Bluetooth icon and select receive a file ...
