Bluetooth remote-control software?

I heard someone say that there was (free) software out there that will allow you to send keypresses to a PC over Bluetooth, so you could for example, control a presnetation or change tracks on Winamp using any cellphone that has Bluetooth??

I've searched Google but did not find anything that was free and would work on different phones (i.e. not restricted to a particular Nokia etc)

anyone use something like that ?
