bluetooth reciever/transmitter for 1/8" and/or 1/4" stereo jack?

Finally snagged a pair of Motorola S9 bluetooth headphones today, after looking for a couple weeks. Everywhere I looked was sold out

Anyway, I've gotten it to work with my PC and LG-CU500v phone, and I'd like to find a way to get it to work with my home theatre system. Any suggestions?

I searched for "bluetooth audio transmitter". Your headphones support A2DP, so I would imagine just about anything using that standard should work.
