Bluetooth: PC to Component Stereo output

Any recommendations for a high end PC to Component Stereo wireless (Bluetooth? Wifi?) setup?
Are there any Bluetooth bandwidth issues with HD audio formats, or even higher bitrate MP3s?

I've seen the GE Bluetooth Home Stereo Transmitter and Receiver set but have also seen it getting some rather mediocre reviews.

Looks like Bluetooth bandwidth is OK. Version 2.0 + EDR @ 3 Mbit/s
- MP3 320 kbit/s @ 0.32 Mbps
- Audio-CD 1,411.2 kbit/s @ 1.41 Mbps
