bluetooth non-cellphone

Is there an adapter or a regular phone that I can use with a bluetooth headset?
I want to make calls using a regular phone but use a blutooth headset.

Define 'regular' phone. Do you mean a home handset? If yes, then first check if the handset has a 2.5mm audio jack, you can then purchase an adapter that will plug into that and that will broadcast the bluetooth signal.

If it doesn't, then you are SOL

Yes, home handset.
It doesn't have an audio jack so can I buy a cheap phone with that?
Or would it just be cheapet to buy a cordless phone?

Ah, yes... the only phones that would have the 2.5mm jack would be cordless, so you can clip the phone to your belt, and then have the headset.
