Bluetooth Mouse

Are they available in Canada? I haven't seem them around yet. I also believe it's quite expensive isn't it? I was hoping for something in the $50-75 Canadian range.

MX 900......got one myself......bluetooth hub is useful..for wireless headphones, the mouse itself....mobile (cell) phone etc etc....

The mx 900 is a nice mouse too with reasonable battery life and not too heavy for gaming...and most importantly ..absolutely no lag even when taking it off the base station to use it....

So are bluetooth mice better for gaming then a wireless?

I would assume so, but you need a Bluetooth-compatible computer/OS. I believe Windows XP Pro is the only one so far. Maybe OSX Tiger also.

I think OS X 10.2.6 and newer supports it... i know for sure 10.3 and 10.4 do.

The only Bluetooth Logitech mouse I know of is the V270 notebook mouse, all the others are RF.

Where can i buy the V270?

I see that the MX900 is Bluetooth, but it's not listed on Logitech's website anymore so must be discontinued?? TigerDirect still has it listed, not cheap. I haven't seen the V270 on any other sites yet, you might want to check with one of your local stores I see your from Canada well it's listed on the Logitech Canada site as well. Maybe just isn't out yet? Try Staples or OfficeMax.

Thanks.... sigh... the mx900 is really expensive 🙁 I'm not sure I want to spend that much.... the MS one is $90. Is that any good?

I have the Logitech® Cordless Click!? Plus Optical Mouse, first wireless I ever owned. Works great and it's around $50 US or so.

I really can't say how great the MS models work? Used their corded ones without any problems, just didn't care for the button feel so I went with the Logitech.
