Bluetooth headset (without a2dp?) only for calls.

Hi,

I want to buy bluetooth headset, but only for phone calls. So, other sounds (notifications, navigation, ...) will by played on iPhone. It is because I want to use headset only, when I calling, but after call, I place headset on desk. Problem is, that iPhone (on Android it is not problem, I can change protocol) play all sounds in headsets, so, if I want to playing notifications on iPhone, I must turn off headset. But, when I receiving next call, I must turn on headset and this need some time (on some headsets up to 10 seconds, because of voice navigation, battery status, or so).

Is on market headset for me?
