Bluetooth Headset with Dell Laptop for Skype

This should be do'able but after searching the net I am no closer to a solution.

The hardware:
- Dell e1705 with Dell Wireless 355 Module with Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR Technology
- Samsung WEP410

Devices listed under Device Manager:
- Dell Wireless 355 Module with Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR Technology
- Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator

The headset seems to get discovered okay - its shown in my bluetooth devices as an audio device - but I can't seem to get it to go beyond that. No option to 'pair', no.... well, no nothing after that.

Anyone been through this before??
